The proposal reimagines the building Motetten, originally developed within the Swedish Million Programme. Rather than demolishing and rebuilding, the project works within the existing structure to add spontaneus use to its existing program. At its core, a central square becomes the social heart of the community, encouraging encounters between people of different ages and backgrounds throughout the day.
